Who can I refer?

 You can refer friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors, or anyone you think would love a photography session with Rafa Pires Photography.

How does the referral program work?

It’s simple! Refer a friend or family member to Rafa Pires Photography. Each time someone you refer books a session, you unlock a new reward.

​

What does my friend receive?

Your friend receives the same photography experience and pricing available for their session. There’s no extra cost to them for being referred. They also receive $50 OFF their first session.

What do I get for my first referral?

For your first successful referral, you choose ONE of these two rewards:

• 20% OFF your next family session or

• All digital images included with your next family session — $150 value

Your choice is yours!

What happens when I make my second referral?

Your second referral unlocks the reward you didn’t choose for your first referral.

For example:

• First referral → You choose 20% OFF

• Second referral → You automatically receive All Digital Images Included ($150 value)

Or:

• First referral → You choose All Digital Images Included ($150 value)

• Second referral → You automatically receive 20% OFF

What do I get for my third referral?

Your third successful referral unlocks our $400 Canvas Reward:

A 25×17" handcrafted wood-framed canvas, featuring your favorite image from one of your sessions with my signature edit.

$400 value.

What do I get for my fourth referral?

Your fourth successful referral earns you a FREE Mini Session with all digital images included ($550 value).

When does a referral count?

A referral counts when the person you referred books their session and pays their booking deposit. They do not have to complete their session before you earn your reward.

​

What if their session is scheduled for a later date?

That's completely fine. The reward is earned when they book and pay their deposit, not when their session takes place.

Does the order of my referrals matter?

Yes. Your rewards are based on the number of successful referrals you make.

Your:
1st referral → Choose 20% OFF OR All Digital Images
2nd referral → Receive the reward you didn't choose
3rd referral → $400 Canvas
4th referral → Free Mini Session + All Digital Images

Can I refer more than four people?

The referral program currently includes rewards for your first four successful referrals.​

How does my friend make sure I get credit?

Have them mention your name when they first contact me or book their session. This allows me to make sure the referral is properly credited to you.

Can I refer someone who has already booked with Rafa Pires Photography?

No. The referral must be a new client who has not already booked a session.

​

What if my friend contacted Rafa but hasn't booked yet?

To make sure you receive credit, have them mention your name before they book their session and confirm it by paying the retainer.

Can I choose any photo for my canvas?

Yes! You’ll be able to choose your favorite image from your eligible session to be printed on your 25x17 custom canvas in a wood frame.

​

Can I get cash instead of the canvas?

No. The referral reward is provided as the custom canvas print and wood frame, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
